A new addition to the family

This is Hobi the Labrador and he is 8 weeks old. This is quite something for us because this is our first pet. David finally gave in to us (or me I should say) getting a pet dog. He is not very fond of animals in general but Hobi just has a way of creeping right into you heart so you can't not fall in love with him. He is a very playful, affectionate and obedient little pup and also demands quite a bit of attention but none the less we happy to have him. I don't think our garden (that we just had done by the way) is going to last.

Feeling blue(and not because its monday)

I'm having a bad day so far, it actually started yesterday already and it just rolled over into today...
I'm feeling very down and can't seem to get out of bed this morning(I'm writting this in bed). Nothing at this point in time is going right. My husband and I are not on speaking terms and I feel like I'm the last person he is actually being friendly with. I don't have a friend who I can talk to besides my husband and I'm just totally out of it...

Well I'm optimistic... tomorrow is another day.

A work in progress

My in-laws gave us a wonderful surprise by coming to visit for a while and they decided to do our garden for us. David and I obviously don't know the first thing about gardening so this is all working out just fine for us. I, on the other hand, am just doing the supervising.
They're having loads of fun doing this because my mom in-law loves this type of thing.

This is me, Lois and my significant other, David. What a smart couple, I'm sure you would agree. I was introduced to the blogging world not to long ago so all this is still new to me. Please feel free to give me any advice you have as to how I'm doing.

About me.. I'm a home executive aka housewife. I'm in this career for about four months now and loving it. I'm married for 9 months and counting..no kiddies yet.
